A taste of heaven is the word to describe how people visiting Birdland Music Studio will be part and connect with the natural features of our gardens and its landscape contours. Surrounded by native forest and historical buildings, one of the area highlights is the Roscommon Castle, dated from  the 13th Century which is full of wonders  yet to be discovered.

Home grown fruits and vegetables are also part of our principles of good food, good mind. Residents and visitors will be tasting our cuisine,  which varies between Irish, Italian, traditional Brazilian dishes and German delicacies.
