"I would like to say a massive congratulations to Bianca Fachel for her online gig last night. Over the last months, instead of bemoaning the current state of affairs and just waiting for things to "get back to normal" Bianca has been working really hard to make something new within the current restrictions. The quality of sound and image did justice to Bianca's hard work, great musical skills and sublimely beautiful voice. She created an intimate and inclusive atmosphere. The event was not thrown out to the masses on social media but was a ticket only event. The ticket price was left up to the audience members to decide how much they wanted to pay. I love this idea, and it really worked. While with many of the free gigs that get streamed on social media you get a fluctuating audience as they scroll by listen for a few minutes and then scroll on to the next free event, having bought tickets and gone the extra click to get there Bianca's audience stayed with her for the full hour. It is so good to see an artist who knows her worth and has enough faith in her audience to pull this off. If you missed this event you can still get a ticket for the replay."
